Your duties

Taking care of our existing customers
Expanding customer relationships (up-selling and cross-selling)
Setting up optimise-it products and services for new customers
Project management

Your skills

A university degree or completed vocational qualification
Ideally experience as an account manager in an online agency or IT firm
Excellent MS Office skills (particularly Excel)
Business-minded thinking and behaviour
An ability to communicate and work in a team
An eagerness to be successful as well as knowing what you want
